Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! We ship to the UK, Australia, Ireland, Canada and Texas! (Texas is it's own country, y'all!)
All international orders may be subject to customs or import fees which we are not responsible for.
How do I return a defective item?
Shoot us an email! bockmedical@gmail.com. We usually answer all emails within 24 hours. We'll send you a return label. Just print it out, stick it (or tape it) on, and send it back to us. We refund you immediately upon receiving the item.

What are your delivery options?
We normally ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. This usually takes two days, but can take as long as three. If this doesn't work for you shoot us an email and we'll work with you. We're flexible like that.
